With more than 20 years’ experience as a pastor, David ignites hope and builds confidence in pastors, churches, and church leaders. In his role as Global Director of Novo's reFocusing Movement, he directs a high capacity team of church innovators and mission specialists to train, coach, and mentor leaders who desire to advance the Kingdom of God in their life, church and community.

He's a graduate of Samford University and holds a MDiv and DMin from Southwestern Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX. Becky and David enjoy three adult sons and call Atlanta, GA home.
